Unfortunately do not accept returns due to change of mind. All artwork is created, commissioned with as much communication, updates and transparency as possible therefore all sales are final.

All purchases are packaged carefully and any damage that occurs in transit it is best to contact the delivery service, Please email tjphandmade@gmail.com if you have any issues with the arrival of your piece, we can discuss things further.

Some details about our Shipping Policies;

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and standard shipping applies 4-7 business days unless express shipping is selected at checkout.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

International Shipping

Please get in contact with us regarding your destination & the costs involved on your part to successfully get the artwork to your door step.

Local Pick Up

If your able to pick up your piece from a local location, this will save on delivery costs, alternatively we can drop your piece to you for a $10 fee within the Greater Geelong Region.

Shipping costs cover packaging, labor, time, storage and shipping fees
